COMMUNITY
OUTREACH!
Community Action Teams promotes and provides FREE ongoing resources to equip neighborhoods, and local school districts with emergency preparation materials and training. This is available to our youth and adults to keep our neighborhoods safe, healthy, and alive.

WHAT IS A COMMUNITY ACTION TEAM?
Community Action Task Force, Inc. (CATF) ba Community Action Teams is a volunteer-driven 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that was founded in 2010. Our local teams are dedicated to promoting and supporting a culture of preparedness and humanitarian outreach efforts. We also help develop new initiatives for emergency preparation, response, and recovery teams. Team leaders are dedicated to the safety and well-being of their communities and are willing to give their time and resources to make a difference in the neighborhoods in which they live and serve.
OUR MISSION
Community Action Teams’ primary mission and purpose is to preserve the dignity of individuals and families by empowering communities with a pathway to prepare and survive disasters within a localized grassroots area.
GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
Community Action Teams’ primary goal is to help develop and bridge local Task Force Advisory Coalitions. These grass-roots coalitions explore attainable preparedness and response solutions on behalf of their neighborhood community.
